What is your return/refund policy?
unfortunately, we don’t accept returns of product or do exchanges of product.
if your order was damaged in-transit, or if you’ve received the wrong 1051 product, please reach out to our team immediately by emailing email@example.com and we will either send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit at drink1051.com.
if you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please take note of the “best by” date printed on the bottle so that we can trace the specific batch. these inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis.
When will my product ship?
we do our very best to process orders the same day we receive them Monday-Friday. If you place an order over the weekend or on a national holiday, we will ship it out on the next business day.
Who will deliver my product?
we work with a number of different carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS for deliveries. We will send you tracking information as soon as the order is processed for shipment.
